Everett Anschutz
Everett L. Anschutz
Everett L. Anschutz   Mr. Anschutz graduated from the University Of Texas School Of Law in 1967. His experience includes preparation of residential and construction loan documents, negotiation and preparation of contracts for sale of whole loans and servicing transfers, due diligence review of servicing portfolios, the handling of foreclosures and bankruptcies, advice on a wide range of regulatory compliance issues on state and national levels, litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Anschutz has served as general counsel to the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers for the last three years.
James L. Robertson   Mr. Robertson graduated from the University Of Texas School Of Law in 1968 and began his law practice in Houston with the firm of Dyche, Wheat, Thornton & Wright in 1969. The main focus of his law practice has been real estate law where he has represented title companies and served as a fee attorney, represented and participated as a real estate developer of both residential and commercial properties, and represented mortgage bankers and brokers. His current practice is limited to the representation of mortgage lenders. Mr. Robertson is licensed to practice in the state of Texas, various federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ruth W. Garner
Ruth W. Garner   Ms. Garner received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and received her law degree from the University of Houston Law School in 1981. She began practicing law in Bryan, Texas with the firm of Dillon & Giesenschlag where her primary focus was real estate law. Ms. Garner has represented title companies, banks, mortgage lenders and mortgage insurance companies in various areas including loan origination, loan servicing, foreclosure and post-foreclosure deficiencies. Ms. Garner is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Texas Association of Bank Counsel, and Texas Mortgage Bankers Association.
Charlotte M. Meyer   Ms. Meyer received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1986. The primary focus of her practice has included real estate and mineral estates, probate and estate planning, mortgage lending and title insurance law. Ms. Meyer has represented title companies, banks, mortgage lenders and land developers in various areas including land acquisition, loan origination and title insurance matters. Prior to joining Robertson & Anschutz, P.C., Ms. Meyer served as Vice President of North American Title Company, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation. Ms. Meyer is a frequent speaker for the Texas Land Title Association and serves on the Seminars Committee and the Escrow Officer Certification Committee. She is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Texas Land Title Association. Ms. Meyer is Board Certified in Residental Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Additionally, Ms. Meyer is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and in the United States District Courts of the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Thomas Vetters
Thomas F. Vetters II
Thomas F. Vetters II   Mr. Vetters graduated from Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law. He is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and his primary practice areas include real estate law and regulatory compliance on state and federal issues dealing specifically with laws affecting residential mortgage lending. While attending Texas A&M he worked in the real estate division of West, Webb, Allbritton and Gentry, P.C. in Bryan, Texas. In 1997, while attending law school, Mr. Vetters joined Robertson & Anschutz, P.C. as a law clerk and served as a Closing Manager before joining the attorney staff. Mr. Vetters serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and chairs the Regulatory Compliance committee. In addition Mr. Vetters is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Austin Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Sections of both the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
